Kate has been in the industry for over 15 years starting out at a major UK Life company before joining a local IFA practice in 2003 and joining Hughes Carne in 2013.

She oversees all aspects of the business from people management, sales generation & coordination, re-designing processes & procedures, as well as ensuring a consistent and efficient service is offered to our clients.
